Cancellation Policy

The introductory session (30 minutes) is free of charge and non-binding. The following cancellation rules apply to paid individual sessions (approx. 90 minutes). For cancellations on the day before the appointment, a flat rate of € 45 will be charged. Appointments that are canceled on the same day or not at all are charged in full. Earlier cancellations and postponements are possible at any time free of charge.
