With the world having had to face new challenges this year, not many of us have had it easy.

Hopefully you’ve enjoyed achievement, discovery, growth… But most of us have also had to face worries - for finances, jobs, health, close relationships. Some of these are still affecting us.

And while this inner turmoil might lessen over the winter vacation, for some of us it may actually get stronger, as it contrasts the celebration and the joy that the holidays evoke.

What if we take the step of dealing with the residues of this year (whatever they are – worry, pain, anger, helplessness) and dissolve them? What if we prepare the ground for a truly peaceful beginning of the year and, at the same time, offer our dear ones abundant closeness, joy and kindness over the holidays?


One powerful, yet gentle way of dealing with distress is OSHO® Heart Meditation.


It’s been now a few years since both me and Nidal have felt the capacity of this meditation to melt down the worries, misery, pain and open us to joy, even in the middle of the biggest troubles.

We witnessed the solid support this meditation gave to us and many other people during the pandemic and through the war in Ukraine.

This meditation works by helping us to gently open to whatever negativity we feel inside, with the support of our heart.

Based on a small fragment from Atisha, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, the meditation taps into the capacity of our heart to transform the negative into positive. When we absorb the disturbance, the pain, the misery into our heart, it gets transformed into peace, joy and blissfulness. This is something not many people know about and we only discover it in meditation.

The technique is simple – it relies on us breathing into the heart and it is supported by beautiful music.

Why 8 days?

We invite you for a process that lasts 8 days – 80 min every day - to give this meditation the chance to “do its work”.

It has been our experience that doing the meditation once, we soften the pain around our issue. Which is not a small thing. But doing the meditation several days in a row, it becomes a transformation, it has a therapeutic and healing effect and helps one get to the bottom of their issue.

What exactly happens every day?


We will meet online every evening for approx. 80 min.

  • Each time, we will do the meditation together – apx. 50 min.

  • Before beginning the meditation, there will be space for the instructions, quotes from Osho, sharing, questions and answers around the meditation experience. All this helps deepen the effects of the meditation.

Who is it for

We see this process as ideal for people who have some experience with meditation.

However, if that’s not the case for you but you have a sincere interest in meditation, you are also welcome: we will provide all the explanation and support needed and we offer a free taster of the meditation so that you can feel if this experience is for you.

Practicalities

DAYS: 25 Dec 2022 - 01 Jan 2023 (Sunday to Sunday)

TIME: We will meet every day from 7 pm CET/8 pm EET.

DURATION: approx. 80 min.

PRICE:

* 90 EUR for attending this process with us for the first time;

* 70 EUR for attending as a returnee.

What if I cannot attend every day?

While we recommend attendance over all the 8 days, we also know that some lifestyles may not support this. For that situation we recommend you to attend at least 5-6 days.
